The Ingredients

One pound of Strawberries

4 ounces of soft brown sugar

2 ounces of butter

2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup

A Vanilla Pod

A generous glass of Prosecco

(You and your guests can drink the rest of the bottle)

Whipping Cream and Pistachio Nuts

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 7 minutes

First, make up the Butterscotch Fizz.

Heat up the butter and add the sugar and syrup together with the vanilla pod gently.

Simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile slice the strawberries and chill.
