Blue Curacao a Quarter of a Bottle

Pineapple Juice 4 tablespoons

A bottle of Champagne

A Goodly Dash of Grenadine

Pineapple Wedge for the decoration on top

Crushed Ice

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: Whoever gets there first

Place the Curacao, Pineapple Juice and not forgetting the Champagne in a Cocktail Shaker and then, well, give it all a few good shakes.

Lace in the Grenadine and add the Ice.

The Cocktail will be a heady and brilliant blue colour. Difficult to resist……

Top up your glasses with the Pineapple wedges and distribute to

Your willing  guests.
